How long will it take to get my order?

All of the products other than originals are print-on-demand, meaning they are made when your order them. Production times for different items may vary, but will generally be between 5-8 days before being shipped.

Originals will be shipped within 3 business days of your order being placed.

Economy shipping to the continental US takes between 5 and 8 days. Standard shipping takes 3-4 days.

Can I make changes to an order that has already been placed?

If you need to make a change to your order please email hello@auraanimated.com as soon as possible.

Please note, if you order has already been processed by our print on demand partner, we will be unable to make any changes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, all products are able to ship all over the world. Please note there may be an additional shipping charge based on your location.

How do I return an item?

Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund circumstances depending. If your purchase does not live up to your quality expectations we are also happy to provide a refund. Please reach our to hello@auraanimated.com with pictures and details on your complaint for us to process your refund.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept other types of returns or exchanges at this time.

Something in my order is missing, damanged, or incorrect.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for full refunds or product replacement depending on the circumstances. Please email hello@auraanimated.com with your order details.
